3 WAYS HOW Hytech Universal PROVIDES TOP-CLASS STUDENT SERVICE

Clear Communication Skills "Positive Language"

We make sure we're getting to the problem at hand quickly. Students don't need to hear about how your day is going. More importantly, we train our executives to remain cautious about how some of your communication habits translate to customers, and it's best to err on the side of caution whenever we find yourself questioning a situation. We believe in the ability to make minor changes in our conversational patterns so that we can truly go a long way in creating happy Students.
Language is a very important part of persuasion, and people (especially customers) create perceptions about us and our company based on of the language that you use.

Students Are Important

One of the primary features of good Student service is that the Student is the primary focus. When a Student calls in, a good Student service representative is taught to take the call immediately. A Student should never be put on hold to take a personal phone call, and when a Student is put on hold for business reasons it should not be for more than 60 seconds.Student Service Executives are trained to always apologize to Students after putting them on hold and explain why you did so. Making the Student feel important by treating the him/her as though he/she is most important is our utmost priorty.

Attentiveness

The ability to really listen to Students is so crucial for providing great service for a number of reasons. Every week, we take over a few student feedback surveys, and long before that we show you the data on why listening to student feedback is a must for many businesses who are looking to innovate. Not only is it important to pay attention to individual Student interactions (watching the language/terms that they use to describe their problems), but it's also important to be mindful and attentive to the feedback that you receive at large.
